Going to Disneyland? Looking for Perks?

While they can bring us a lifetime of stories and memories, vacations often cost a pretty penny. But, for visitors planning a trip to Disneyland this year, there are a few great freebies that you might not be familiar with and can certainly add a little extra value to your trip! Undercover Tourist’s Ian Ford recommends:

·After visiting Anna & Elsa’s Royal Welcome in Animation Academy at California Adventure, head next door to the Royal Academy for a lesson in sketching Disney characters from a Disney artist. Guests can keep their artwork as well!

·Circling around for a good parking spot at the popular Downtown Disney? Guests get three hours of free parking when they eat at a Downtown Disney table service restaurant. You can look through some of the tasty dining options here. Just be sure to get your parking ticket validated by your server!

·If you’re hungry in the park before heading to Downtown, then be sure to visit the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop at California Adventure. All guests receive a free piece of sumptuous Ghirardelli chocolate.

·Then, also at California Adventure, each guest can receive a free piece of sourdough bread during the Boudin Factory tour. It’s an especially tasty treat after walking through the factory, and seeing and smelling the bread getting baked.

Hope these tips help you enjoy your magical vacation even more!
