Washington, DC-- Business and Professional Women’s Foundation is seeking the opinions and views of Gen Y women in a national survey about their workplace needs and attitudes. While much has been written about how Gen Y is changing the workplace, far less has been written about Gen Y women’s unique workplace challenges and opportunities.
This online survey will provide Gen Y Women with the opportunity to help BPW Foundation understand what these women need in order to be successful in the workplace and then translate that knowledge into tools that will improve how employers recruit, support and retain Gen Y Women. BPW Foundation recognizes that understanding and addressing Gen Y women’s needs are critical for employers wanting to maintain a competitive edge.
We urge all Gen Y women (born between1978 and 1990) to participate in this groundbreaking research and hope that this request for participation will be shared with Gen Y women across the country.
The survey can be accessed at:www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22C8VZPBCW3/and must be completed by May 31 at midnight EDT.
